The concept of Job Outsourcing is actually the act of outsourcing jobs which means handing over these jobs to some other organization to fulfill, which according to the myths creates unemployment around the prior organization. The word Outsourcing does not seem complete without the word “Offshore”, but actually it is to be used when the Outsourced job reaches some foreign destination. Outsourcing is profitable in all senses, as it saves money, time and encourages the skilled professionals to attain more value for their jobs done. The emergence of Job Outsourcing in different segments and sections starting from back-office jobs to high post has brought up new job opportunities for the common professional all over the world, thus opening up lots of economic exchange. After the initiation of Job Outsourcing, not only the unemployment rate is at low, but the workforce too has grown drastically. Job Outsourcing has been accused of shrinking the workforce where else Bureau of Labor State shows an increase of over 2 million force since the starting of Job Outsourcing that is 2001. Job Outsourcing basically views at increasing efficiency. The decline of costing at last benefits the consumers directly: including those who lose jobs due to outsourcing and create a negative image for the terminology. It has been often demanded to punish organizations that Outsource jobs or change taxation rules. Such kind of measures would kind of close the economy which would indirectly affect the gross national income, affecting the economy. Let’s not forget the examples of the nations which encouraged closed curtains and economic restrictions. Moreover the median duration in US has been reduced to 10.9 weeks, which last for a period of 26 weeks, wherein most workers are covered. Due to the opening for Job Outsourcing, it was brought up that free trade and capital could harm an economy. The majority of job shifts used to be to single destinations which are now changing to shifting to multiple destinations simultaneously, some from the United States to "near shore" or close to home, such as Mexico and Latin America. The trend of Job Outsourcing has its roots in the inevitable globalization whose impact and influence surpassing geographical, political and linguistic barriers and has reshaped economic landscapes.
